The neck: The neck is very suitable for my needs. Previously my fat fingers felt cramped on my Squier Strat, but the Wildkat has a very comfortable neck and plays well. I have heard reports of some fret noise on the 2nd & 3rd frets but this has not been my experience. The only thing I will most likely change is the nut to compensate for the Bigsby. The pickups: The P-90 Dogears are solid. I have read a bunch of folks immediately want switch out the pickups for GuitarFetish, epiphone casino bigsby Seymore Duncans or Lollers, but I don't feel I have to do that. I want to play it for a while and I am still on the fence if I will ever replace the stock P-90s. Additionally, I want to address the comments on the ability for the Wildkat to play Metal effectively and the traditional buzz on the P-90s when utilizing a heavy dose of distortion/overdrive .
